We
stand behind our work and we have a simple,
easily understood warranty: The first five
years of the ten year term are non-prorated.
This means, simply put, that excluding acts
of God, abuse, vandalism, or misuse, if the
structure is damaged or fails for any
reason, we will fix it at our cost. You will
not be charged for travel, labor or material
during that period if the structure fails.

and major manufacturers. Our tension fabric
structures are located throughout the country and

our fabric canopy covers are made to
measure, professionally engineered,
and built on site to meet the
customer's specifications, local
weather requirements, and applicable
building codes. We are willing to go
the extra mile to meet a customer's
needs, whether that means modifying
our work schedules to meet the
customer's requirements or creating
a new shade canopy concept and use.

fabric canopies are built to last;
we use only the best materials and
all of our connections are welded.
We are experienced in the full range
of tensioned cable materials
including PTFE Expanded Fiber,
Teflon-coated Fiberglass, PVC
Composite Membrane, and HDPE (Shade
cloth).

Our
installation people are full-time
employees of Sun Shade who take pride
in their work building commercial
tension canopies. All of our crews
are citizens or legally qualified to
work in the Jordan and are
paid competitive hourly rates for
experienced construction workers. We
promote people on the basis of
quality work and customer
satisfaction - we don't pay
incentives for speed that can lead
to short cuts and shoddy work.

purposely do not employ a structural
engineer — we rely exclusively on
independent, professional engineers
licensed in the state where the
project is located. Our engineer
consultants are not beholden to us
or intimidated; they put their
professional integrity and liability
on the line for every project.

structures are built in compliance
with local, state and national
building codes to ensure that our
customers get what they pay for - an
attractive, long lasting canopy that
can withstand the weather conditions
where they are located, whether that
be high winds, heavy snows, ice
storms, or extensive periods of UV
